The Onitex L100 is a compact inline labelling machine for manufacturers moving from manual or semi-automatic labelling to continuous production.
It applies one or two wrap-around labels to round and slightly conical containers.
Fast product changeovers, saved setup recipes and modular options make it suitable for manufacturers working with multiple container formats and product batches.
Highlights
- Up to 3,800 × 100 ml containers/hour
- Simple setup with minimal operator training
- Consistent shelf-ready label appearance
- Expandable with coding, orientation and handling modules
- Spare parts and technical support from Europe

Designed for cylindrical and slightly conical containers used in the food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and household chemical industries.

Maintains label accuracy between product changeovers and during long production runs. Keeps label placement consistent after product changeovers.
✓ Two-plane adjustment
✓ Hardened linear guides
✓ 80×80 structural profile
The rigid adjustment mechanism minimizes re-alignment after product changeovers while maintaining consistent label positioning throughout production.
Produces wrinkle-free labels with precise edge alignment throughout production.
✓ Bubble-free application
✓ Edge alignment up to 0.3 mm
✓ Embossed labels without trapped air
✓ Transparent labels remain virtually invisible
Soft pressure rollers distribute force evenly across the label surface, ensuring complete adhesion while preventing wrinkles and bubbles
The machine's design ensures that the label is pressed and smoothed until the adhesive bonds to the surface. A super-transparent label will appear invisible, free from bubbles and the moiré effect.
Soft yet firm rollers enable the application of embossed labels. There won't be any bubbles, even inside the convex letters.
Expand the machine as your production grows without replacing the entire system.
✓ Date coding and product marking
✓ Container orientation modules
✓ Vision inspection and reject systems
✓ Feeding, accumulation and handling modules
The modular architecture allows the machine to evolve with your production. New modules can be integrated without replacing the labeling system, helping protect your investment while supporting new products, packaging formats and automation requirements.
Operators can switch products quickly with minimal training.
✓ Intuitive touchscreen interface
✓ Up to 96 saved product recipes
✓ Fast product changeovers
✓ RGB machine status indicator
Saved recipes eliminate repeated parameter setup. During changeovers, the operator only adjusts the mechanical guides and rollers position to match the new container.
Integrate variable data printing directly into the labelling process. The optional TIJ coding printer is available with 1/2" or 1" printheads, allowing different print heights depending on the application. It can print production and expiry dates, batch numbers, serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes and other variable information in a single pass without additional processing.
Increase productivity by reducing manual product handling. Optional rotary feeding and collection tables provide a continuous supply of containers to the labelling machine and convenient collection of finished products. They help minimize operator intervention, improve workflow and are particularly useful for longer production runs or when working with a single operator.
Prevent product accumulation and unplanned stoppages. The optional conveyor overflow sensor monitors the discharge area and automatically pauses the labelling process when downstream products begin to accumulate. Once the conveyor is clear, production resumes automatically, helping protect products, maintain smooth operation and reduce operator supervision.
If you need more flexibility, you can temporarily move equipment to other processes. We solve this problem by placing our L100 labeling machine on wheels. This feature allows you to effortlessly relocate the equipment to different workstations or storage areas whenever necessary.
The orientation system positions each container before label application to ensure consistent label placement. Depending on the product and reference feature, the machine can be equipped with barcode readers, colour or contrast sensors, vision systems or other detection technologies. This enables accurate alignment with barcodes, printed graphics, container seams, handles, caps, existing labels or other product features. The appropriate sensor is selected and tested for each application.
