The Onitex X50 helps startups and growing manufacturers automate labelling without investing in a full industrial line.
Its modular design allows you to start with a compact tabletop machine and expand with coding, orientation, inspection and conveyor modules as your production grows.
Highlights
- Up to 1,800 containers/hour
- One or two labels in a single pass
- Changeover in around 3 minutes
- Modular platform that grows with your production
- European engineering and technical support

Designed for cylindrical and slightly conical containers used in the food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and household chemical industries.
Best suited for
✓ Production speeds up to 1,800 containers/hour
✓ Small and medium production
✓ Frequent product changeovers
✓ Multiple container formats
✓ One or two wrap-around labels
✓ Food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and household chemical products
Not recommended for
✗ High-speed production lines
✗ Square or oval containers
✗ Front & back labelling
✗ Top or bottom labelling
✗ Non-self-adhesive labels (e.g. sleeve or glue-applied labels)

Start with a basic wrap-around labeler and expand it with additional modules as your production grows.Maintains label accuracy between product changeovers and during long production runs. Keeps label placement consistent after product changeovers.
✓ Modular architecture for future expansion
✓ Additional functions can be added as production grows
✓ Compatible with coding, orientation and inspection modules
✓ Integrated capping module
One platform for multiple labelling applications
Produces wrinkle-free labels with precise edge alignment throughout production.
✓ Bubble-free application
✓ Edge alignment up to 0.3 mm
✓ Embossed labels without trapped air
✓ Transparent labels remain virtually invisible
Soft pressure rollers distribute force evenly across the label surface, ensuring complete adhesion while preventing wrinkles and bubbles
The machine's design ensures that the label is pressed and smoothed until the adhesive bonds to the surface. A super-transparent label will appear invisible, free from bubbles and the moiré effect.
Soft yet firm rollers enable the application of embossed labels. There won't be any bubbles, even inside the convex letters.
Automatic label setup and saved recipes reduce product changeovers to just a few minutes.
✓ Automatic label calibration
✓ Saved product recipes
✓ Guided touchscreen setup
✓ Minimal operator adjustments
Spend less time setting up and more time producing.
Industrial performance from a compact tabletop machine that operates from a standard power outlet.
✓ Compact tabletop design
✓ Weighs less than 50 kg
✓ Operates from a standard power outlet
✓ Low power and air consumption
Compact enough for any workshop. Capable enough for everyday production.
Integrate variable data printing directly into the labelling process. The optional TIJ coding printer is available with 1/2" or 1" printheads, allowing different print heights depending on the application. It can print production and expiry dates, batch numbers, serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes and other variable information in a single pass without additional processing.
Increase productivity by reducing manual product handling. Optional rotary feeding and collection tables provide a continuous supply of containers to the labelling machine and convenient collection of finished products. They help minimize operator intervention, improve workflow and are particularly useful for longer production runs or when working with a single operator.
Prevent product accumulation and unplanned stoppages. The optional conveyor overflow sensor monitors the discharge area and automatically pauses the labelling process when downstream products begin to accumulate. Once the conveyor is clear, production resumes automatically, helping protect products, maintain smooth operation and reduce operator supervision.
Combine labelling and capping in one compact machine. The optional built-in capping module tightens pre-positioned screw caps using a servo-driven capping head for consistent and repeatable results.
✓ Adjustable capping speed and tightening parameters
✓ Saved settings for different containers and caps
✓ Servo-controlled, repeatable operationReduced manual work and production footprint
The cap is placed on the container manually or by an external feeding system before entering the capping module.
The orientation system positions each container before label application to ensure consistent label placement. Depending on the product and reference feature, the machine can be equipped with barcode readers, colour or contrast sensors, vision systems or other detection technologies. This enables accurate alignment with barcodes, printed graphics, container seams, handles, caps, existing labels or other product features. The appropriate sensor is selected and tested for each application.
