Features

Enhanced Stability and Reliability

A rigid frame, made from a combination of a welded steel frame and an aluminum profile ITEM (Germany). The rigidity of the frame significantly increases the stability of the machine, preventing label application defects over time or when moving the machine to a different location.

The frame is clad with stainless steel panels, and the internal components are reliably protected from external influences.

The machine uses pneumatic components from Festo (Germany) and SMC (Japan). The pneumatic components are hidden behind a protective cover, but there is easy access to the regulator and filter.

Rigid Applicator Stand

The  applicator stand is designed for positioning the applicator relative to the  product. The stand allows for adjusting the label position up and down, as  well as adjusting the tilt angles of the applicator to ensure the label ends  meet on round bottles.

The  rigidity of the stand is ensured by using an 80x80 structural profile and  hardened cylindrical guides. A rigid precision mechanism is used for  adjusting the tilt in two planes. All this ensures the stability of label  application and ease of reconfiguration between products.

The  applicator stand is equipped with an RGB signal lamp, allowing the current  operating mode (standby, operation, error, emergency, etc.) to be seen from a  distance.

Works with a Variety of Containers

The machine is designed for the following types of containers:

  • Glass bottles and jars.
  • Plastic cylindrical bottles and jars.
  • Aluminum and tin cans.
  • Conical buckets.
  • Miniature vials.
  • Oval-shaped containers (with wrap-around labels).

Saving floor space

Our L100 labeling machine offers a compact solution ensuring optimal floor space utilization. Being manufacturers we can adapt the design. We can customize the placement of main components to accommodate irregular shapes, transverse walls, and corners in your facility within practical limits. These features make it ideal for various production environments.

Intuitive when operated

The operation of our L100 labeling machine is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. With simplified controls and clear instructions, operators can easily navigate the machine's functions without extensive training. This intuitive design ensures smooth and efficient operation, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity in your production workflow.

The template system drastically reduces readjustment time when switching between different product types. As many as 96 templates are available to the operator with a single touch of the screen.During readjustment the operator only needs to adjust the mechanic settings of the modules to accommodate the geometrical parameters of the container type and to adjust the sensor position height.

Label wrinkles solved and edges levelled

The machine design ensures that the label is properly pressed and smoothed out until full adhesion to the surface. Extra clear labels remain “invisible”, with no air pockets or moiré patterns. The gentle yet elastic rollers make it possible to apply embossed labels with no air pockets even inside raised-surface letters.

Onitex L100 labeling machine ensures precise application of labels, guaranteeing accuracy without any creases or misalignments, even for high labels. With a precision convergence of edges up to 0,3 mm, our machine delivers perfect results in every labeling task.

The Label's Invisibility Effect

The machine's design ensures that the label is pressed and smoothed until the adhesive bonds to the surface. A super-transparent label will appear invisible, free from bubbles and the moiré effect. Soft yet firm rollers enable the application of embossed labels. There won't be any bubbles, even inside the convex letters.

Ease of Adjustment

The applicator stand features screw adjustments, allowing the necessary positioning and tilts along two independent axes. Once set, the position of the applicator is locked and remains stable during operation.

Labeling containers with a dispenser

Due to the design of the roller system, the dispensers will not interfere with the labeling process.

Additional options

Printer for serial number and production date

Integrate variable data printing directly into the labelling process. The optional TIJ coding printer is available with 1/2" or 1" printheads, allowing different print heights depending on the application. It can print production and expiry dates, batch numbers, serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes and other variable information in a single pass without additional processing.

Feeding and collection tables

Increase productivity by reducing manual product handling. Optional rotary feeding and collection tables provide a continuous supply of containers to the labelling machine and convenient collection of finished products. They help minimize operator intervention, improve workflow and are particularly useful for longer production runs or when working with a single operator.

Conveyor overflow sensor

Prevent product accumulation and unplanned stoppages. The optional conveyor overflow sensor monitors the discharge area and automatically pauses the labelling process when downstream products begin to accumulate. Once the conveyor is clear, production resumes automatically, helping protect products, maintain smooth operation and reduce operator supervision.

Wheels to move L100 around

If you need more flexibility, you can temporarily move equipment to other processes. We solve this problem by placing our L100 labeling machine on wheels. This feature allows you to effortlessly relocate the equipment to different workstations or storage areas whenever necessary.

Orientation system

The orientation system positions each container before label application to ensure consistent label placement. Depending on the product and reference feature, the machine can be equipped with barcode readers, colour or contrast sensors, vision systems or other detection technologies. This enables accurate alignment with barcodes, printed graphics, container seams, handles, caps, existing labels or other product features. The appropriate sensor is selected and tested for each application.

Even more production volume with belt labeling unit

Onitex L100 is equipped with a roller labeling unit which can be replaced by a belt labeling unit in order to achieve an even higher production speed in units per hour. Please let our sales unit know your desirable production speed and we will advise on the correct solution.
